How to fix Fallout 4 (Windows 10|11 - RU|EN]

Однако есть такие ошибки, которые полностью обрывают возможность играть в любимую игру: вечные загрузки экрана, маленькое разрешение и изменение языка.

1. Исправление вечной загрузки | Fixing the eternal download

Итак, стоит начать с самой простой проблемы - вечная загрузка. 
Данная проблема возникает при попытке игры синхронизироваться с облачными данными серверов Steam.
Исправляется данная проблема очень просто - отключением Steam Cloud.
Делаем всё по следующим пунктам:
    
Заходим в библиотеку игр;
    
Находим Fallout 4;
    
Нажимаем пр.кн.мыши и выбираем "Свойства";

    
Переходим в раздел "Общие";

    
Выключаем Steam Cloud; 
Всё - ошибка исправлена! Теперь Вы можете спокойно заходить в игру и не ловить бесконечную загрузку при старте новой игры.

This problem occurs when the game tries to synchronize with the cloud data of Steam servers.
This problem is fixed very simply by disabling Steam Cloud.
We do everything according to the following points:

Finding Fallout 4;
    
Right-click and select "Properties";

Разберём вторую проблему - изменение языка. Очень часто так происходит, что вы не являетесь носителем английского или иного языка, ввиду чего возникают неприятные трудности при игре. Исправить это можно 2 способами:
    
Настройки Steam;
    
Код игры;
Рассмотрим оба способа. Начнём с первого:
    
Заходим в библиотеку игр;
    
Находим Fallout 4;
    
Нажимаем пр.кн.мыши и выбираем "Свойства"; 

    
Переходим в раздел "Общие"; 

    
Выбираем "Язык" и сохраняем;
И всё - игра запускается на том языке, который Вы выбрали в Steam!

Второй способ исправления данной ошибки лежит в коде самой игры. Вам это может показаться очень странным, но это так и есть. Не бойтесь, Вы не сможете сломать игру тем, что в коде игры поменяли локализацию. Итак, начнём-с:
    
Открыть Проводник;
    
Найти в корневой папке Steam папку с Fallout 4;
    
Найти файл под названием Fallout4_Default.ini и открыть с помощью блокнота; 
    
Найдите в коде строчку sLanguage=en; 
    
Поменяйте "en" на нужный вам язык (в нашем случае русский - ru);
Теперь ваша проблема с языком была исправлена и не доставим более хлопот!

Finding Fallout 4;
    
Right-click and select "Properties";

    
Go to the "General" section;

    
Select the "Language" and save;
And that's it - the game runs in the language that you have chosen on Steam!

The second way to fix this error lies in the code of the game itself. This may seem very strange to you, but it is true. Don't worry, you won't be able to break the game by changing the localization in the game code. So, let's start with:
    
Open the File Explorer;
    
Find the folder with  Fallout 4 in the Steam root folder;
    
Find the file called Fallout4_Default.ini and open it with notepad;
    
Find the line sLanguage=en in the code; 
    
Change "en" to the language you need;
Now your language problem has been fixed and we won't cause any more trouble!

3. Изменение разрешения экрана | Changing the screen resolution

Теперь поговорим о решении проблемы с расширением экрана игры. 
Независимо от того, какие вводные данные были внесены в разрешение, игра запускается в окне. Даже фиксы внутри кода не помогают? Проблема в данном случае скрывается также в кодовой составляющей нашей любой игры, а также системы персонального компьютера. Называется эта проблема - "Запуск от лица администратора" и "OneDrive". 
В чем же именно здесь проблема? Неправильное взаимодействие OneDrive с системой персонального компьютера. Запуск же от лица администратора - помощник для одного кода, который убирает данную проблему.

Итак, чтобы решить данную проблему нужно действовать следующим образом:
    
Открыть "Свойства" приложения Fallout 4 (а также и его лаунчера) в корневой папке Steam, поставить "Запуск от имени администратора";
    
Найти файл Fallout4Prefs.ini в корневой папке Steam и Документы, открыть через блокнот, найти нужную строчки, внести изменения и сохранить;
Пояснение: на данном скриншоте показаны строчки, которые вы изменяете. На скриншоты они уже приведены в нужный вид, однако вам нужно будет изменить параметры "iSize H" и "iSize W", в которых вы указываете разрешение своего экрана.

    
Создать текстовый пустой документ и переименовать его в нужное вам название;
    
Открыть файл и внести в него следующий текст:

Спасибо друг и спаситель. Это реально сработало. Правда игра запустилась с английским языком. Но после перезапуска всё наладилось. Я делал раньше всё до создания тхт файла с расширением bat.. И только когда я создал его и запустил - всё сработало. интересно, что за текст и что он дал ? Спасибо

Играю 5 лет вообще без модов, предположение что это достижение лимита файла сохранения после очень долгого прогресса игры, откатывался назад, но все-равно на 95 дн 22 час игрового времени возникает. Замечено, что когда в файле сохранения в структуре ChangeForm созданные Ref ID превышают 187000, похоже это лимит на кол-во созданных объектов в игре. К сожалению, фолыч 4 не бесконечная игра, и рано или поздно возникает лимит, т.к. файл сохранения всегда очень быстро увеличивается в размере

К сожалению данную проблему я не рассматривал, поскольку с таковой сам не сталкивался и не находил.
Могу лишь предположить, что произошёл конфликт модов. Нужно будет убрать моды и почистить кэш.
