Actual Coalition Submarines (No Longer Needed)

(No longer needed) While this does have different submarine layouts slightly than vanilla, vanilla uses layers to differentiate between seps and coalition visually now. I will likely rework this into all the vanilla subs being used for the missions)

Did you notice how the Coalition are sailing around in literal pirate ships that look exactly like Separatists? Well now they won't. Changed the Coalition to pull from mildly modified regular submarines instead of the pirate ones Separatists use.
This effectively means Coalition and Separatist won't have identical submarines visually, however all items should be same on them so no balance changes have been made.

Currently only fixes the vanilla submarines that lack a clean touch, being: Dugong, Humpback and Typhon 2.

Overrides coalitionattack1 mission and nothing else in order to replace the submarines.
