Millennium Dawn: Chaos Mod

This mod adds random chaotic events as a submod to the modern day mod known as Millennium Dawn. It was directly inspired by the original Chaos mod for vanilla HOI4 ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2816435750 ).

The mod right now has exactly 119 events. The events are divided in 4 categories:

• Harmless events: Harmless: This category is not disableable. It contains events that will not break game balance completely and will not affect you that significantly IF YOU DO THE CORRECT CHOICES. 40% chance of happening if no other categories disabled.
  
• Idea events are usually not destructible to game balance but can give you some extremely powerful (or not) temporary or permament buffs for a price (or debuffs for free). They also usually involve law changing. 30% chance of happening if no other categories disabled.
  
• Border events involve puppetting or any kind of country releasing or border changes between countries (this also involves indirect war by war goals). They break game balance completely usually but are mostly safeguarded from destroying the player with annexations (you might get some events with just Ok. as a choice, this is the safeguard). 20% chance of happening if no other categories disabled.
  
• War events involve all events which declare war without any warning. These usually cause a ton of chaos. 10% chance of happening if no other categories disabled.

I have added a toggle to disable the 3 categories except for harmless ones but due to the low number of events right now, it will increase repetition of events too much.

I'm getting too many repetitions! What do?
Use uncategorised event triggering. If you already use that then there isnt much more you can do.

Can I suggest events?
Yes, just drop the suggestions in the comments.

I can't use event disabling on uncategorised triggering!

Can I use it without Millennium Dawn?
