Slightly Shiny Steel

Description
Patches steel so that objects made of it are slightly brighter in game. The original mod was a little too bright for me, so I decided to darken it a little, while still being lighter than vanilla. This edit puts the colour of Steel halfway between Vanilla and Shiny Steel.
