Description

When dispatching the governor, click the button on the city banner to directly dispatch the governor to that city.
When dispatching spies, click the button on the city banner to select the city on the left panel.

哥能做一个移动巨作的时候也能直接点击城市就移过去的mod吗爱法后期城太多了名字记不住搬巨作太折磨了
