This office, completed in 1974, is home to Sanders Solicitors.

The firm was founded in 1934 and operated solely in Bricksville for more than 20 years, this was until a second branch was constructed in Brickhaven in 1955. There are currently 15 office properties under the firms name, in large cities including Los Angeles and New York. The newest branch was opened in Atlanta in 2019. A further 3 buildings are currently being built

This building is the national headquarters of the company and lies within Bricksville's Downtown area. The original founding office was sold shortly after the new properties completion and was demolished in 1982.

When opened, the structure featured an innovative air conditioning system. Vents line the rim just below the roof and draw in air that is then cooled. The air is then carried through vents contained within the walls. Although the vents are quite small, there are hundreds of them that line the interior. This allows for widespread air circulation and for the ventilation to be regulated and adjusted to ones liking.

Over 300 employees work in the building, but this is soon to change. The firm is currently negotiating with a development company, and a renowned architect, to design and construct a larger head office.
If the deal follows through, the current building will be sold after the new skyscrapers completion.

A residential developer recently expressed their interest in converting the building into luxury apartments. No confirmation has been issued by Sanders.

The outcome for the buildings future remains to be seen.
