Remove Loading Screen Fog/Smoke

Description
The aim of this mod is to remove the smoke which is visible during loading screens and at the main menu.

Why?
Some custom loading screens and menus do not match well with the ambient smoke.

How?
The smokeless menu is achieved by replacing the smoke mesh with an invisible placeholder.

Alternative mods have been available on Nexus Mods[www.nexusmods.com], but nothing has existed on the steam workshop till now (AFAIK).
