Adding pack graphics when they are loaded up would be great, similar to pack animals, but I have a feeling the code for doing so would be a nightmare becuase ghouls are human-like pawns with a lot of things hard-disabled in the code, rather than animal pawns.
Given the low melee damage of vanilla ghouls I don't think they are meant to be any stronger than humans.
Having said that I'm going to poke around in the code to see if I can add an option to increase carry capacity for ghouls, because I do like the idea of just loading them up with huge amounts of gear and leading them on adventures using some raw meat tied to a stick.
