Optimized gene buildings

This is a simple mod that aims to make the biotech gene bank and gene processor buildings more space efficient by tweaking their parameters. It doubles the storage capacity of gene banks while also doubling their resource requirements, power consumption and work amount. It also triples the gene processor's gene complexity buff while also tripling it's construction requirements. Should be safe to add or remove midway through a save.

Compatibility: probably won't work with other mods that alter the base game gene banks and processors.
