Pokemon Splendor

Description
Pokemon Splendor

The never to be released English version of Pokemon Splendor! This is a Korean exclusive version of Splendor.

Features
  • Scripted setup and random first player selector
  • Automatic scoring on turn pass
  • English rulebook and cards
Here is the summary from BGG:

On your turn, you may (1) collect Pokéballs [which come in five colors), or (2) buy and build a card, or (3) reserve one card. If you collect Pokéballs, you take either three different colors of Pokéballs or two Pokéballs of the same color (as long as four are available). If you buy a card, you pay its price in Pokéballs, then add that card to your playing area. To reserve a card — in order to make sure you get it, or, why not, your opponents don't get it — you place it in front of you face down for later building; this costs you a round, but you also get purple (wild) Pokéball that you can use for any color.

At the end of your turn, you can evolve one of the Pokémon in your collection if the next level of that Pokémon is in the display and you have the required Pokéballs. More points for you, and another card in your Pokédex...

Legendary Pokémon require you to use a masterball — that is, a purple Pokéball — in order to catch them.

When a player has 18 or more points in their collection, you complete the final round, then whoever has the most points wins.

@Valley H20s If you look down a few comments you'll see:
I didn't do the translation on the rules or cards. That was done by a member of the TTS club discord (fergusdog).

Where did you find the translated English cards?

@Havmir I never saw that in testing. Are you able to consistently replicate the issue?
Havmir Jul 25, 2024 @ 8:52am
Is anyone else having problems with all the tokens disappearing when you pass the turn?

@Salmon Squire Thanks for the kind words. I didn't do the translation on the rules or cards. That was done by a member of the TTS club discord (fergusdog). He shared the translated assets and said he wasn't interested in adding scripting so I decided I'd do that. I'm happy to hear you're enjoying the mod!

Wow! This is great! Did you put together the english rulebook and cards?! I have the Korean one and would love to know where I can get a copy of the rulebook at least. :)

@Maxbeoulve That is funny! It is fixed now. Thanks for letting me know.

There is a problem with the level 3 deck.
The card back shows Dragonite when in another player's hand instead of the normal blue card back.
