If you're using Facial Animation, this patch can prevent tattoos from looking out of place.

You may have loaded another mod that changes the tattoo textures. Try placing this mod at the end of the load order.

After loading this i am still seeing tattoos on my pawns... any ideas where to look for the conflict?
