El Fenix Restaurant

El Fenix is a chain of Mexican restaurants in Dallas, Texas. It is the oldest chain of Mexican restaurants in the US, founded in 1918. They are well known in the area for their Tex-Mex food, a blend of Texas and Mexican cuisine.

The El Fenix branding can be removed by clicking on the building and giving it a custom name. Color variation is on the brick walls. This allows for a custom building you can create by adding other sign props and color.
