Hey @Snow, may I ask if you had a look at what Orendiz (very knowledgeable with reskins, OG modder!) suggested? I am surprised that the mod is still just 2,5 MB large if I'm not mistaken, but I guess in-game performance will suffer quite a bit....
Plus you should prob say thanks either way to him <3 Well, next time!

Hooly moly, pro tip, combine all of your meshes instead of having millions of seperate parts. you have a single variant for the legs, torso, and head. But i bet they weigh about as 3 variants per body part becouse of how poorly optimized they are.

Also consider making more variations for the torso and head.

Does it change any stats and unitcards?
