Added a prompt for the number of projects required to obtain the current great person to the tooltip on the Great People Popup interface.

@nutcracker18 看起来Real Great People Plus似乎并不希望其他mod更改tooltip，因为它修改函数FillRecruitInstance中的代码后直接复制到函数AddRecruit中，而不是重写函数FillRecruitInstance。\
It seems that Real Great People Plus does not want other mods to change the tooltip, as it modifies the code in the FillRecruitInstance function and directly copies it to the AddRecruit function instead of overwriting the FillRecruitInstance function.

I love this mod, but it's so sad that it's not compatible with the 'Real Great People Plus' mode and can't be used.
