@all Guys, this is not the official version. Why not just unsubscribe from this (unless you specifically want this "temp update" which was "lazily updated") and subscribe to the "original" by BainB....

ah, and the error is shown by launcher. steam does not show an error while trying to download, but also does not show completed workshop item in download list either

BTW it seems that something happened to your mods not long ago. I tried with legendaty characters SFO submod you made and it give the same error "Failed to download mods". And thiat one must have morked at some point since it has a rating.

there is an error message when open db file,
db/agent_subtypes_tables
db/battle_vortexs_tables
db/unit_special_abilities_tables

error message : "There are no definitions for this specific version of the table in the Schema"

maybe this cause the game can't load the mode files?
