Calamity Omega Tentacles

Description
Calamity VFX Addon was an addon desiring to redesign some of the more dated visuals of Calamity. I have decided to port it (with consent).

The only changes are to the Tentacles of the Omega Blue Armour. It previously changed Brimstone Monsters, but they were reworked in Bountiful Harvest.
