Open the game by clicking on "Play" in your Steam library. After you have opened the game, click on the gear icon and press "Uninstall" because you're already despairing at the complexity of the game after the first hour.

You are 100% correct, I bought this on sale way back when. I open this game up, I have 25 hours on it and I have never gotten past #5 in the tutorial. I play Command Modern Operations and it is easy compared to this. Just cannot understand what to do next in the game.
