This is an extremely rare Tri county vehicle as it is been recently put into service even though it was suppose to be put into service back in 2009, the backstory behind the vehicle is that the sheriff's office noticed a unused crown vicotria they never put any liveries on, and it had only 410 miles, the department decided to give this crown vic its new home, they put on the new livery design, fitted it with a CLS 2.5 (catbederp's lighting system) added the classic blue and white lights and got it into service by March 29th. "Its a classic but beautiful cruiser" one sheriff's deputy said

i recommend you redo some of your older pheonix police cars considering friendly is updating them
