Race Hediff Fixer

Description
This drug restores missing race-specific hediffs, but won't affect races without them.
Craft it at the drug lab with two neutroamines; no research required.

This was originally made as a personal mod designed to add the Regeneration hediff to Dragonians grown in the Altered Carbon's sleeve incubator
This mod was created to add the regeneration hediff to Dragonian, but the current Dragonian automatically receive regeneration if they don't already have it, so this mod is no longer needed.

I believe it's supported. it determines based on the race's defName, so regardless of the parent's race, it adds the appropriate hediff to the target race
