Like with my Ecolo wallpaper, this was my attempt to recreate the Suzuran Docks from Puyo Puyo Tetris where you find Ess crying for her papa before battling her in Chapter 2.

Features include a Fully Animated Background, Flowing Hair, and the ability to change the color of the background.
