4vc Court Blacksmith Mod

Adds a Blacksmith minor title that can be granted to a court member. Once granted you can order them to make armor or weapons for you.

Compared to the base game "Search for a smith" decision, the armor and weapons both are more expensive (around 1.5 times the base game smith option), and take longer to make, however there is a guarantee your item will not be stolen, and there will be no smith flavor events (neither positive or negative).

Does not remove the base game "Search for a Smith" option, only adds an alternative.

You can also directly order a tier 4 item, instead of it being left to random chance, however the option is very expensive.

The smith’s skill will be determined by a combination of their stewardship, martial, and learning stats. Every time the smith crafts a weapon, they will become more experienced, and future items made will be made faster.

Should be compatible with most other mods, but smiths will only be able to produce base game items.
