DW420's DFHACK Work Detail Template & Icons

Description
Templates for the DFHack Work Detail Manager and their accompanying Icons sets.

-------------------------------------

REQUIRES DFHack

CONFLICTS WITH ANY AND ALL MODS THAT EDIT "interface_bits_labor.png"

-------------------------------------

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

(Optional)

1. Subscribe to the mod and install it (start a newgen with the mod activated). <-- You now have update notifications. DO NOT "activate" it on new games you actually want to play. Its only use is providing updates.

2. Quit the game and exit the application.
3. Navigate to: "..\steamapps\common\Dwarf Fortress\data\vanilla\vanilla_interface\graphics\images" and rename "interface_bits_labor.png" to "interface_bits_labor.png.backup" <-- You now have a quick and safe way to revert the icons set back to vanilla.

(Required)

4. Navigate to "..\steamapps\common\Dwarf Fortress\mods\3197850323" , open the folder "Manual Install" and choose which type of icons you want.
5. Copy the folders named "data" and "dfhack-config" to "..\steamapps\common\Dwarf Fortress" , overwrite any files if asked to.

<< IMPORTANT NOTE: The settings manager uses the same .json file to save chores, standing orders and work detail orders, you might want to edit your file manually instead of overwriting. >>

--

HOW TO ENABLE IN GAME:

Start the game, open the work details menu and click load "work detail orders" from the DFHack Overlay.

----------------------------------------------Changelog---------------------------------------------

--1.0
Initial release ( Type A)

--1.1
-Added OVERVIEW category..which has ALL skills enabled. (including miner and woodcutter) .
-Moved Woodcutter and Miner outside of Wood/Stone in order to be safe for the user to set "everyone can do this"
-Split Doctor & Nurse in separate responsibilities.
-All categories (except OVERVIEW) can now be set as "everyone can do this". That doesn't mean it's a smart idea to have your whole fortress go fishing, it means you now have the option to do so.
-Moved some categories around
-Corrected some names (eg. Bone carving --> Bone carver)
-Changed Wood & Stone icons to avoid any confusion.. (since woodcutting and mining are not part of these groups anymore).

--1.11
-Made all roles "Delete proof"...you can reset them to do 0 skills, but you can't delete them
-Brought back ANIMAL HUSBANDRY which was accidentally removed in 1.1
-Set all categories to "Noone does this" <can be changed by user>
-Set all roles to "everyone can do this". <can be changed by user> ..except Miner,Woodcutter,Strand Extractor,Hunter & Angler which ask for a specific individual to be set.

--1.2
-Moved Hunter outside of HUNTING, renamed HUNTING to FISHING/TRAPPING (for the same reasons as Miner and Woodcutter)
-Fixed "template made by dw420" to NOT be delete protected. The point was to provide some presets for the user to make a custom category and not to impose an annoying flex that won't go away.
-Added second set of icons + DFhack manager instructions (Type B) ..a cleaner and more efficient (imo) set if you are looking to extract information from the screen quickly AND an ARMY category with 5 different unit icons due to not having to waste them on categories.
-Rewrote installation instructions to reflect the changes made to the files provided.

DON'T FORGET TO RE-ASSIGN ALL YOUR WORK DETAILS AFTER EMBARKING (or loading a new set).

Появились только иконки. Профессии нужно всё ещё создавать самому

This mod is so nice! I've always wanted this sort of addon for the game to stop myself from spending hours making all the custom details for everyone. Thank you so much.

At anyone debating which type to choose...pick B .
Type A looks nice but isn't as effective as an overview screen.

Thanks for the heads up...i'll upload an update in a bit that provides a second set of icons so i'll sort it out.

Seems the folder structure in the .rar might be off by 1 level, and incorrectly named. vanilla interface should be named vanilla_interface, and nested inside of vanilla instead of data.

@riley, mutilated construct
Installing as a mod only installs the icons. That means that the DFhack template won't be installed..and you'll have messed up work detail icons.

A Manual install also has the benefit of getting the icons without having to run a new world.

What's the advantage of a manual install?

Don't forget to re-assign work details when you first embark!
