Husak Challenge

Mod is checking some of the rules from this challenge, not all rules are implemented. Challenge was made by Sirius Czech whole description is here

Mod is not making any changes to game (except disallowing buying vehicles from customs) and it's not making game unplayable after fail. It's only helping to track your progress.

Not implemented rules
  • 5 years plans (not able to get user input)
  • Not finishing 2 events in row, which lead to fail. (connected with 5 years plans)
  • 1977+ Sentences 5/6/7 years (not able to get setup for each court)
  • Export restrictions are validaten only partially (hard to collect sum of all resources required for manufacturing exported resources)
  • Imigration points (not able to get count of highly educated imigrants)
  • 50% global loyalty (not able to get this value)

As I told - the script runs on 1960s games and so far without issues. There might be something different about it but I am not the author, Coon is. I am only stating that for current ruleset of Husak challenge this script works as intended and for your 1930s start you will need to have a different script at hand.

Well, I'm trying to start in 1930 but it's refusing to count the exported resources, keeps them at 0 the whole time, and even after I edited the script files to start counting from 1930 instead of 1960 it still won't count them.

Combat Medic - Husak challenge script should work by its rules, which is starting in 1960. 1930s version will be published once DLC is settled

Seems to not work properly with the Early Start DLC. Even with editing the files to check starting from 1930, the resource exports are not counted.

pieterjan: yeah, that happens and is annoying. Manual replacements are pain but there is not much to be done if this will keep on happening.

Good idea is to have a low service rate (20%), well serviced vehicles holds on much longer.

Also don´t forget to share your republic once you finish or come to Discord to share your progress (link under every HC video on YT Sirius Czech channel)

I Just had a Fail for an Odd reason (in June 1991).

The reason is that I checked on the automatic vehicle replacement and the replaced vehicle still contained 10t of Oil. Apparently when a vehicle is replaced the contents are automatically sold for Rubles?

Anyone had these problems and is there a way to solve it?
A quick fix to continue is to only manually replace vehicles and always check whether they still have cargo.

To Medic: should not result in a fail, but I have no idea about how the script is able to track it. The task is to run/start it at least once in 1973 as well as have a running orphanage since then. Nothing else

The script tried telling me that I failed a quest regarding the increased birth rate despite me having researched it at an earlier time already. Is that intentional?

Hi, Nargon thanks for info. I didn't check that and I remove it from mod. It has only 1MB now
