1. Each city-state you are the Suzerain of provides +1 Trade Route capacity. If the city-state is a Cultural city-state, this bonus is increased to +2 Trade Routes.

2. Constructing a Theater Square district provides +1 Trade Route capacity. If the district is a unique Theater Square, this bonus is increased to +2 Trade Routes.
