Hellenic Royal Palaces and Hellenic Royal Stables

I apologize in advance for my English, it's not my native language, and please note that this is nothing too historical. I just think that Egypt and Macedonia should have a royal palace. I also added a palace for Pergamon because, in my opinion, it was probably the most important Hellenic kingdom outside the successor kingdoms of Alexander the Great, and I like it :D. Everything this mod modifies can be seen in the pictures above. The adjustments for Egypt also work in the Imperator Augustus campaign.
