You can use a sawed barrel shotgun with ONE hand, like a pistol.
If you want change the attachment for holster, go here [puginarug.com] :

- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\3188453718\mods\OneHandedSODBShotgun\media\scripts
(C: or other, if you have installed PZ on other disk)
- Open OneHandSODBShotgun.txt
- Change "AttachmentType = Rifle," by "AttachmentType = Holster," (do not put " ")
- Save.
