Adjust the quality improvement chance for high levels (Masterwork and Legendary). The booster’s effectiveness depends on:
- Psychic Sensitivity: Higher sensitivity increases success chance.
- Traits: Traits like "Tortured Artist" boost success chance.
- Nudity: Being naked slightly increases success chance.
- Item Value: Higher item value decreases success chance.
- Expected Quality Level: Higher target quality decreases success chance.

The formula used:
СhanceCap = 0.66f + 0.33f * pawnPsySensitive/100 + 0.07f * isNaked + 0.07f * isTorturedArtist
- 0.03f * itemValue/1000 - 0.01f * itemQualityeExpected;

The chance to improve the quality of an item is displayed in the popup info.
In case of failure, the pawn will get Catatonic Breakdown (Masterwork quality) for 5 days and Abasia (Legendary quality) for 30 days.
It is also supposed to be lore-friendly and could explain why the royal pawns come with Abasia.
