Over-Tonnage Penalty Adjustment

Description
Summary:
Adjusts the default penalties for being over-tonnage.

--

Overview:
Greatly reduces penalties at higher tonnages, and very slightly increases them at lower tonnages.

These adjustments have been done due to how increases in tonnage scales to affect mission difficulty at high lance tonnage versus low lance tonnage.

--

Explanation:
The lowest-possible amount of an increase in lance tonnage is 5 tonnes. 5 tonnes is much more of an increase in tonnage at lower lance tonnage missions than higher lance tonnage missions. (Ex.: Increasing a 160 tonnage mission to 165 makes much more of a difference versus increasing a 360 tonnage mission to 365 tonnes.) The resulting changes makes it so that lesser *relative* increases in tonnage (ex.: from 360 to 365 tonnes) affects the penalty one experiences much less than at higher relative increases in tonnage (ex.: from 160 to 165 tonnes), as opposed to how it is in vanilla. (It is the opposite. (Ex.: Increasing tonnage by 5 tonnes at high lance tonnage affects the penalty much greater than at lower tonnages.))

I hope you enjoy this, if you choose to use it. :)

@Sellers
Your employer can still choose to pay you in full or not, remember that the houses can be absolute scumbags towards mercenaries like for example House Liao trying to straight up not pay the mercenaries they hire unless they're fully dedicated to House Liao.

Shouldnt the hits be faction related than cash? inners sphere isnt run by clanners yet. why run by their ideas. fixer wants job done who cares if its done by atlas over a well shot up locust. fixer might question hiring you again over the fact you got job done. isnt the tonnage ideals designed to figure out if a merc company is right for the job and not a penalty system? bad enough after the mission a company might have barginned bad enough to received very little and have points left over.
