Description
DISCONTINUED but funtional!

This is the ❝​𝕎𝕒𝕣𝕔𝕣𝕪 𝔹𝕒𝕥𝕥𝕝𝕖 𝕄𝕠𝕕 𝕩𝟚❝, an overhaul battle mod that enhances the game’s combat mechanics, making battles more brutal, fierce, and realistic in every aspect, without changing the original stats of the units

    Re-worked Mechanics:
  • Combat rules (kv_rules)
  • Battle entities (Mass, Speed, HP, Radious)
  • Fatigue
  • Morale
  • Unit abilities
  • Unit Spacing
  • Terrain effects
  • Weapons
  • Projectiles




    Notable Changes:
  • Combat speed increased with more bloody animations
  • Unit mass adjusted to create a smashing effect
  • Morale effects edited; elite units will fight to the last man (most of the time)
  • Ranged units reworked: increased range, increased damage, and complete projectile rebalance
  • Revamped unit behaviors
  • Rebalanced fatigue
  • Changed unit spacing and rank depth for more variety among different soldier classes
  • Improved formations for each culture in the game
  • Testudos rebalanced; testudo ability added for Hellenic units
  • Modified stats for melee weapons, armor, and shields
  • Spears and pikes now have bonus damage against cavalry and elephants
  • Swords have a bonus against infantry
  • Axe and falx weapons feature very high armor-piercing damage
  • Cavalry charge and damage slightly increased
  • Closer deployment zones

    All this for the most intense and brutal fights you will ever see, now compatible with the latest patches!


    Note:

    This mod is designed specifically for battles and will work with many mods, including overhaul mods.

    I added a "Form Shield Wall" button for many sword and spear units, which functions like "Formation Attack." Use it occasionally to keep your units engaged in close melee combat.

    P.S. Other mods that double unit size may encounter issues with the maximum number of men that can fit on a transport ship. That’s not the case here, as you can see in the screenshot. All 320 men fit perfectly in a transport ship like sardines, using only one ship!

Mod doesn't correctly change unit size for Desert Kingdoms Culture Pack Factions (Saba,Kush.etc). Some units are x2 but not all . Pls help

navals go to siege my territorry and to land units there are only a few on them, and the big size units teleport to the underground...

never mind i tested it. The mod does not even work alone with no mods it crashes on start up :steamfacepalm:
