Spawns at small boat island.

The Small Boat Island Lighthouse Base is a building that is spawned using the structure base on the 'Small Boat Island'. It acts as a beacon to keep vessels away from the dangerous rocks, a weather tracking station, and an accommodation. This build is a fully remastered version of my prior lighthouse base.

Dock for small boats
Lighthouse keeper house
Functional lighthouse
Live saving/weather reporting station

Accommodation:
The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a dining room, living room, and kitchen. Built behind the house is a small billiards room and a deck.

Notes:
Spawns using the structure bench on the 'small boat island' spawn.
