if a CT goes to Revenge, he cannot kill the Terrorist, if that Terrorist is in spawn. There seems to be no teleport to that area

Hey, how did you change the running speed of a certain team? I'm unaware on any alternative to the old deprecated "player_speedmod" in Hammer.
