DMCA service providers has been a disaster for the human race.
I will not be updating it.
After unsubscribing wait a few minutes then go to your 108600 folder on your PC; typical pathing is -- D:\steamlibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\108600 ..
Take the workshop ID (Example: this one is 3156480674) and search for that in your 108600 folder. If it's still there, delete the folder.
Then come back to the workshop and subscribe to the mod again.
If this does not work do everything above but do not subscribe to the mod again via workshop. Instead log into the server and try to download the mod again that way.
Two of my players had no problem with the mod on the server, but one other player had.
I can't tell you what happened, but the nex day, it was fixed by itself and there's no problem anymore, I'm sorry for the trouble, I can't even help with any closure of what I did to fix the problem.
