'太行'4型液力传动内燃机车，由石家庄动力机械厂于1982年左右制成，该车主要用于工矿企业的调车和小转运。不过因为车辆诞生于特殊时期，且因为90年代的'大下岗'和国企改制同许多为社会主义建设的工业单位的命运一样，1948年成立的石家庄动力机械厂无法在市场经济环境生存已于1995年破产，所以许多生产于这个工厂的载具机械的详细资料都无从寻找。

The 'Taihang' 4 hydraulic transmission diesel locomotive was manufactured by Shijiazhuang Power Machinery Factory in 1983. It is mainly used for shunting and small transportation in industrial and mining enterprises. However, due to the fact that vehicles were born during a special period and the widespread layoffs in the 1990s and the transformation of nominal public ownership into ownership by Chinese state-owned enterprises, like many industrial units under socialist construction, the Shijiazhuang Power Machinery Factory established in 1948 was unable to survive in a capitalist market economy and went bankrupt in 1995. Therefore, detailed information on many vehicle machinery produced in this factory cannot be found.
