Rimtroid: Universal will be updated ASAP to bring in the content it has into 1.5, then will get a couple new additions shortly after.
That is what happened to Evolution; the metroids in this mod are quite simple, but in Evolution they were very different: they evolved to other metroids types, they drained life from anything alive, they even had hives and orchestrated raids. But that was so complex that it's constantly had update problems and delays.
The plans around X, alongside anything like Ing, or Pirates, or Phazon, or whatever else, do have their concepts and are plans on the Discord. But if they are to appear in this mod they'll only be very surface level, until they get their own massive, fully fleshed out spotlight later on.
Could work in a rimworld gameplay context doing it like that, right?
