Declutter: Webs

In 1 collection by Team Vladof
Performance & Optimization (Low End / Old Comps)
24 items
Description
Removes:

* webs
* web corpese (humans / skeevers)
* decorative egg sacs (ones you can't harvest eggs from)

Leaves the cob-web mesh that the guy in Bleak Falls Barrow is stuck in (that you cut loose), and a few other spider web related things. But, reduces spider webs quite a bit.

Spider webs are actually fairly low-poly compared to other objects in the game, but there's usually a lot of them displaying at one time (eg: when you enter a spider's den, there's tons of web objects to make it look as such). As such they can add up. Getting rid of them greatly reduces the immersion of a spider's den, but can impact FPS.

Thank you I hate these spider webs as well and it is such a great idea.

Helps me deal with arachnophobia. In combination with the Spiders Begone mod on the Skyrim Nexus, I think it's safe to say I can finally play this game. Good job!
