Unique Faction Technologies - Skaven

Description
Gives all the Skaven factions unique technologies to further diversify them a bit.

I'll probably do this with the other races in the game eventually.

Nice mod!

In case someone is curious, it works well together with Decky's extended tech tree for Skavens. No overlap in positions.

i love that you give them personalised tech, not just generic stuff for the whole race, makes each faction less "same-y"

i feel like most of the buffs are pretty good but that plagueclaw one is way better then any of the other buffs especially if it gives two other buffs with it
