[1.5]Pipboy 3000

This mod adds pipboy 3000 from fo4 to the original game. It works as a special kind of gunlink for fallout fans.

~Can be bought from factions with tech level higher than or equal to "industry".

~With Pipboy3000, you can use V.A.T.S to target the enemies, it gives you bonus chance to hit your targets.

~Mysterious stranger might be spawned during the process and despawn after few seconds, whose chance was determined by the chance in the settings.

~With targeting node on the mod list, you can target specific body part of your enemies during V.A.T.S

~In case you want to spawn pipboy in the game, enable development mode and select DebugActions -> spawn thing -> pipboythreethousand
