Mori Ship Movement Fix

This mod fixes the +10% Mori ship campaign movement clan trait that currently does nothing in the game. Unfortunately, I couldn't find out how much it is supposed to give, so it simply gives the same +20% buff that the Taira receive in the Rise of the Samurai campaign.

Update: I have since found several posts on the Steam discussion forums from two users who mention that the intended increase should be +10%. Given that the clan bonuses in Rise of the Samurai appear to be much larger than those found in the base campaign, I am inclined to believe that +20% is larger than what CA would have given Mori.

This fix should also apply to captured ships.

Additionally, the Mori Nanban Trade Ship's campaign movement points (40) has been increased to be the same as the regular Nanban Trade Ship (65).
