Brazilian Navy Special Operations

The Amphibious Comandos are an elite group of the Brazilian Navy's Marine Corps. They are Marines specifically prepared to conduct and execute Special Operations, Clandestine Operations, Urban Combat, Special Amphibious Reconnaissance, Guiding an Amphibious Force disembarkation, Advanced Air Guidance, Driving Support Weapons, Counterguerrilla, Counterterrorism, Combat search and rescue, Marking amphibious landing zones, Direct actions, etc. Comanf troops are prepared to work in environments: Urban, Mountain, Caatinga, Cerrado, Jungle, Pantanal, Coastal and riverside.
