Hello and thank you for your mod, it is excellent and works wonderfully.

I have a small request: can you add a translation file please?

To translate line 92 of the VomitAction.lua file
context:addOption("I feel nauseous", player, Vomit.doVomitAction, player:getSquare());

I can do this by directly modifying this file but if you can create a translation system that would be great; otherwise it doesn't matter, thank you anyway.
