The medium landing ships of Project 770 (771,773) (according to the NATO codification — Polnocny) are a series of specialized landing ships built in the 1960s — 1970s for the USSR at the Northern Shipyard in Gdansk (Poland). Until 1963, they were classified as tank landing ships.
