1:1 replica of PT-109 which includes interiors

It has its historical armaments excluding the mark-8 Torpedoes

It can do 55 kmph maximum in calm seas

There ain't any, the way I built my 1x1 torps used the rocket booster glitch to make them actually neutral, that in turn screwed up the boat's floatability, as such there's no buttons that fire the any torps,you yourself will have to add them onto the boat.

Making the Black Lagoon sounds nice, watched the Anime years ago and had to just take a look at the Ship, the only real difference between her and a normal Elco externally is the bridge, which is the main problem with converting the Elco into the Black Lagoon, we don't have windows that fit in that space :(
