Vanilla Trading Expanded: Notification

Description
A non-official addon for Vanilla Trading Expanded.

It adds notification for news and contract events (message or letter, configurable, default hidden). Of course, only if your trading terminal works well.

Language support: English, Chinese Simplified.

Cool concept but could really use more customizable filters. Specific items, % markup, so on. I do not care every time a 102% markup contract hits the terminal

@saintbrutal, the caravan always comes three days later. I don't plan to change it as I want to keep this mod simple.
