SM Hero: Land Raider Excelsior

Adds SM hero Land Raider Excelsior to the game.

Land Raider Excelsior is a new hero unit locked under "Land Raider" upgrade. This unit is an anti-armor focused ranged SM hero for range 2/3, so now you don't need to sell those ranged accuracy and damage boosting items since you can now use it on this bad boy. It's a bit of a departure from my past heroes I posted which focuses on buffs and eco, since this unit now almost purely focuses on outputting maximum firepower by itself- however, since SM doesn't have any ranged damage focused hero I think this unit has a good place on SM hero roster.

Unit: Land Raider with heavy bolter replaced with grav-cannon with grav-amp, so worse at killing GEQ's but much better at killing TEQ/CEQ's. Requires Land Raider Tech (this means locked behind armoury too). Also can get multi melta and HK missiles. Has model of generic land raider but bigger (still have no modelling experience lmao)
Req cost: 200, 10 upkeep
Influence cost: 300, 8 upkeep
Production cost: 60
Note on the grav cannon; attacks 5, AP 6, dmg 2.5, rangemax 2, traits: assault, concussive, graviton, salvo

Abilities:
Generic power of machine spirit, smokescreens (locked behind research), etc.

Upgrade1: Data Augurs (Passive)
Increases accuracy of the Excelsior by 1/2/3.

Upgrade2: Precision Orbital Bombardment
A range 2, orbital bombardment action that requires no action to cast. Cooldown 5/4/3 (Might need nerf, not sure. Give feedback)

Upgrade3: Rod of Command (Passive)
Increases accuracy of the Excelsior and it's allies by 1 at range 0/1/2 (so only applies to itself at lvl 1, applies to adjacent units at lvl 2 etc)

Ulti: Aquilla Aegis Shield
Adds to the Excelsior +20% invulnerable damage reduction. (Might need nerf, not sure. Again pls give feedback)

Strategy:
Get this guy out to shrek superheavies/vehicles/termies when you can afford them, go ham.

Vision:
Pretty much ranged space marine hero that acts as an item sink, and throws out a lot of firepower once on the battlefield.
