i feel like it would make more sense if it was stuck at 1 percent so you can still use ivf surgery yet they basically cant have kids natrually

@Night Foxx in case you have a ton of gene mods like biotech mythic expanded that makes tons of races infertile.

So it makes the infertile gene....not do what the name suggests. Why?
