In the aftermath of the events in Mexico City, the international anti-terrorist coalition "Global Risk" was left perplexed and, having lost its reputation as "invincible", watched the darkness get out of control. Soon, new news appeared: a cargo ship disguised as a merchant ship left the port in Mexico City and headed for Cairo, transporting members of the "Black List".

This frigate carries not only dubious goods on its deck, but also deadly intentions, attracting the attention of Global Risk. Realizing that each port of arrival can become a place of a new nightmare, they send their best forces by helicopter, striving to meet the terrorists face to face and stop the flow of evil that threatens not only them, but the entire free world.
