Vanilla Flood

Replaces the art deco GUI of Red Flood to the HOI4 Vanilla GUI. Although I like the Red Flood GUI and think it's not too far from vanilla compared to TNO, I saw a gap in the market and I'm on a high from working on a similar TNO vanilla UI mod. Some parts of the GUI are kept, like the font, country info stuff as they modify too much from the original HOI4 vanilla GUI. If you load in game or check the screenshots, you'll see what I'm talking about. Of course credit to the Red Flood developers.

File size is a little chonky because I just copied the entire gfx/interface file into the mod, it will be trimmed down though more reasonably.

Haven't tested it much, if there's any problems (that can be reasonably fixed without reverse engineering a RF asset), join this discord [discord.gg] for a mod of mine as I'm too lazy to make a discord for a submod.
