What is Gmina Universalis?

In the simplest terms, it is, or is supposed to be, a mod that changes the entire game completely, setting it on the map of Poland, where Gmina's serve as provinces, powiat's are countries and religions have been turned into political parties.
Due to the need to adapt the game's mechanics to Polish realities, many things had to be changed and the timeline slightly "bent".

Plot-wise and "lorally" the mod begins in 1969, in deep communism, where most of the country is controlled by the PZPR party, and through the centuries continues more or less until the present day. The timeline has been bent due to the stretching of more than 50 years of history into 377 years of the game, compromises had to be made in places, BUT

This is not a historical mod.

It will include all the things that define our country from a cardboard, what it is and what it consists of, whether it would be things from now, 10 years, 50 years, 300 years, it doesn't matter, just everything.
My main idea was that when you choose your powiat or gmina to play in, you would find something familiar there, whether it was going to be a monument, a mission tree, some modifier or a description in the idea referring to some local memes.

I just want it to be a mod in which you can choose any country you want, casually have a good "what if" game, with friends on multi beat each other with their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and just have fun playing, without sweating.
