FFS to GIC Scrapping Patch

Description
Allows FFS weapons to be scrapped in the workbench, or have their bullets removed for ammo.

Also allows for dollars to be traded for microcredits (but not the reverse) and allows FFS explosives to have a (very small) chance of killing GIC tanks. You are still better off using actual GIC explosives however.

Yup, i think 1 to 1 Dollar to Credit would be fine, currently this gives way too much money for GiC.

yeah.can u lower the exchange of dollar to credits , because dollar is very common and easy to accquire

for some reasons this mod has problem with:
ffs_beretta92_1

every time i try access the table of ffs this crashes

level of credits exchange should be reduced to 1:5 or about I guess

using universal uncrafter you can just get 180000 from a regular ffs AK47...
