Mod adds Global Chat and makes it available only when you have a enabled Transceiver in your inventory
This is Standalone mod based on SchanaModGlobalChat

Recommended increase the spawn rate of Personal Radio

- The Transceiver must now have a power source
- The Character will now let you know why they can't use Transmitter

Does anyone have an idea why it doubles the message when I write to a global channel? If I write to a global channel, it will be sent to it and to the private channel at the same time.

Is it possible to add another chat when pressing Z, where people talk on specific frequency rather than global? If so that would be VERY cool. That way you can chat privately with players and not only use it as VOIP. Lemme know!
